When it comes to selling your home, listening to what your Realtor suggests you list it at is important. Listing your home for more than market value could hurt your listing. 

It could lead to multiple price reductions, longer days on market, and potentially not selling at all.

When buyers see this type of property they usually ask what's wrong with it?

Realtors make commission on the sale price of your home. Of course we want to sell for as much as possible. But we need to be realistic.
